Terms and Conditions
1) You can place an order in one of two ways. The first way is through our website (URL: www.minifashionista.com.au ). Select the product you are wishing to purchase and click on the 'add to cart' button. Once you have completed your shopping you can click on the 'checkout' button on the top right-hand side of your screen. This will take you to the checkout, where you are able to modify your order should you wish, before submitting it. You will receive a confirmation email following your order. Please ensure that you check it for accuracy. We cannot take responsibility for errors made during the ordering process (eg the incorrect delivery address being supplied), so please ensure that your order corresponds with your wishes. If not, please contact us ASAP via email at shannon@minifashionista.com.au or by phone at 0409 355 085. We also accept credit card payments over the phone, so you can call us on +61.0409.355.085 and complete your payment this way. 2) The second way you can place an order is by downloading and completing our PDF order form. Once you have completed the order form you can send it via email to shannon@minifashionista.com.au , fax it to +61.8.8373.5153, or mail it to Minifashionista Pty Ltd, PO Box 295 , Unley , South Australia 5061 (together with your cheque or credit card details). Please ensure that you include your order number as the reference when depositing the funds and please email to inform us that you have made payment. Please note that your order cannot be despatched until your payment has been cleared in our bank account. 3. Cheque, made payable to Minifashionista Pty Ltd. Please send your cheque to Minifashionista Pty Ltd, PO Box 295 , Unley , South Australia 5061. Please note that your order cannot be dispatched until your payment has been cleared in our bank account. All International orders must be paid for by credit card (Visa Card or Master Card only). 3. How and when will my order be delivered? We at Minifashionista know how important it is to receive your order in a timely fashion. Domestic Orders On most occasions your order will be dispatched with in 48 hours of being placed. From time to time, due to circumstances beyond our control it may take longer. If so, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express, and delivery should take 24 hours from the time of dispatch for those locations within the Express delivery region. Delivery to areas outside of the Express Delivery region may take longer. To determine wheter you are located within the Express Delivery Region please check here. Should you require your order urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to ascertain whether this is possible. International Orders We do accept international orders. On most occasions your order will be dispatched within 72 hours of being placed. From time to time, due to circumstances beyond our control it may take longer. If so, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. For international orders we use the services of Australia Post Airmail. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. 4. What is the cost of delivery? We have selected delivery options which we believe are both fast and economical. We offer a flat rate delivery fee, so that you know what to expect when you get to the checkout. Please refer to the table below to determine the cost of delivery for your order. This amount will be confirmed for you at checkout.
* Free delivery on gift certificate purchases. **This may vary on depending on where the item is being sent to. We recommend you contact us before ordering to determine these costs. 5. Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, we offer free gift wrapping on all non-bulky items. Please leave a comment in the box at checkout. We can even include one of our gift tags, with a hand-written message of your choice. Simply complete the message you would like to include in the 'gift card message' box at checkout. 6. Can my order be sent to a different address? Yes, certainly. Simply click on the 'send to a different address' button at checkout. You can then complete the recipients address and contact details. We will however, send you the order confirmation and receipt, so please ensure that you record your contact details as well. 7. Is the website secure? Yes, definitely. Ensuring the security of your personal and financial details is our priority. Your details are processed using 128 bit SSL encryption. We also use the services of a third party processing service eWAY to securely process your payments. This means that your financial details are not viewed or stored by us. 8. Are my details kept private? Yes, most definitely. In accordance with the Federal Privacy Law (2001) we have taken steps to ensure that the personal details you provide remain confidential. We will not share this information with anyone else and under no circumstances will we sell these details to any other person or company. 9. Do you have a return policy? Yes. Faulty goods. At minifashionista all items are checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is defective, it should be returned for a full replacement. If for some reason, the same item cannot be supplied, the customer will be offered a refund or store credit. All costs associated with the replacement of the item (including postage) will be borne by minifashionista. Sizing or selection exchanges - Minifashionista do except exchanges on items returned due to sizing or selection issues, provided that they meet the following requirements.
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged, unless faulty, so please choose carefully. If you have any queries regarding returns please contact us on 10. Do you provide information on sizing? Yes Clothing Unfortunately, as with adult wear, the sizing of children's wear is not standardised. This means that some sizes can vary across brands. We have provided the following as a guide:
If you're purchasing a groovy gift for a newborn, we recommend that you purchase either 00 (3-6 Months) or 0 (6-12 Months). This allows for differences in birth weights and ensures that the baby will have plenty of opportunities to be 'seen about town' wearing your stylish gift! Where we are aware that a particular brand runs 'small' or 'large' we will notify you in the product description. Should you have any queries regarding sizing at all, please do not hesitate to contact us on 11. Do you have a pricing policy? Yes. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include Government Sales Tax (GST) of 10%. We have provided a currency converter should you wish to calculate conversion into another currency. GST will be removed for all international orders, at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices at our discretion. 12. Which currency do you use for conducting transactions? All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars only. 13. I received a gift voucher but I'm not sure how to redeem it, can you help?
