Terms and Conditions for 10 Grain/Small Paul Competition

How to Enter

1. Enter your name, email address and phone number on the entry form.

2. If you have not already subscribed to our newsletter you will be sent a confirmation email. Please ensure you reply to that email as it is a requirement on entry to this competition that you subscribe to the Minifashionista newsletter.

3. Then enter the correct email addresses of your friends. They will then be sent a confirmation email. Only friends subscriptions that have been confirmed will be counted.

4. The entrant with the highest number of friends who have confirmed their subscription to the Minifashionista newsletter will be considered the winner of the 1st prize. The entrant with the next highest number will be the winner of the 2nd prize and the entrant with the next highest number after that will be the winner of the 3rd prize.

5. Entrants and their friends must still be subscribed to the Minifashionista newsletter at the time of the draw. Unsubscribed entrants will be invalid.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Web address http://www.minifashionista.com.au/small_paul_competition.htm
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  3. The promotion commences on 1 December, 2009 at 00:01am (EST) and concludes on 5 January, 2010 at 11.59pm (EST).
  4. Entries without a valid email address or phone number will be ineligible for entry into the draw.
  5. The promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  6. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  7. The major prize draw will take place on 6 January, 2010 at 10.00am (EST). All winners will be notified by email and the winner's details will be published in the following Minifashionista e-Newsletter and on the website http://www.minifashionista.com.au.
  8. The total prize pool is valued at $1214.90 and is supplied by Minifashionista Pty Ltd.
  9. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. After the winner has been confirmed and a current delivery address is provided - the prize will be delivered to the winner's Australian address.
  11. The delivery address must be within Australia.
  12. Prize value is GST inclusive, in Australian dollars and was correct at time of publishing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
  13. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  14. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made. If you do not provide your personal information, the promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion.
  15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination including (but not limited to) vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the promoter June in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
